Three Rivers Midlands Campus is a 59-bed comprehensive residential treatment facility for adolescents providing treatment for psychiatric and chemical dependency related illnesses.
The First Step: Needs Assessment & Referral Center
The first step to a healthier, happier, better quality of life begins with a phone call. Our Needs Assessment office is open M-F 8:00am - 5:00pm. All inquiries are answered by highly trained psychiatric nurses and licensed master’s-level social workers who help you determine what level of care may be needed.
