The positive, peaceful treatment facility at Three Rivers Behavioral Health offers hope and healing to the patients we serve. Our hospital is set in a secure therapeutic environment in the Midlands of South Carolina. We strive to ensure that each patient in treatment with us receives respectful, compassionate care.
Levels of Care

Adult Inpatient Programs
Adult inpatient treatment at Three Rivers Behavioral Health is facilitated through one of our intensive therapeutic programs, and includes individualized treatment plans.

Adult Outpatient Programs
These programs are designed for patients who can benefit from a less restrictive treatment environment than inpatient hospitalization and can return home after programming hours.

Adolescent & Teen Programs
Our Adolescent Inpatient and Outpatient Treatment Programs address acute issues in youth ages 11–17 and aim to provide the structure and support our patients need to succeed.

Substance Abuse
Our Adult Substance Abuse Program includes medical detoxification and inpatient rehabilitation. A step down to our Intensive Outpatient Program is also available.
